Therapy Approach
My style is warm, relaxed, authentic, and practical. Following a collaborative and personalized approach, I tailor evidence-based psychotherapy for my patients, which are treatments based on scientific studies. I have the most expertise to help clients with eating disorders, anxiety (general, social, phobias, panic disorder, (OCD), depression, and insomnia. I also provide couples therapy, and have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couple Therapy. I provide both in-person and telehealth therapy.
Personal
I live in Riverside, CT with my husband, 10-year-old daughter, 5-year-old son, and bernedoodle dog. We love taking our kids on adventures on the weekends and showing them the beautiful state of CT as well as traveling the world. One of our most recent most memorable trips has been doing the Annapurna Base Camp Trek in Nepal.
