We have training in the most current, evidence-based methods for promoting healthy lifestyle changes and weight loss. Our approach is behavioral, and we incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies. We set clear eating and exercise goals and monitor these behaviors. We will teach you psychological strategies to help you meet and maintain your goals.

Dr. Sala has received extensive training in behavioral weight loss treatments at the Baylor Scott & White Center for Medical Psychology, the Connecticut VA, and the Weight, Eating, and Lifestyle Science (WELL) Center at Drexel University. She has consulted with companies to help them develop behavioral weight loss treatments and has worked on developing behavioral weight loss treatments in research settings.
