I am happy that you are here, and I would be honored to be your therapist in your journey. Choosing to work on your mental health and wellbeing is a big step. Whether you are here seeking therapy for a mental health struggle, creating a more satisfying life, or seeking couples therapy, I am here to meet you wherever you are on your path. 

My specialty area is in eating disorders and behavioral weight loss . I also treat trauma/PTSD, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, insomnia, other behavioral health concerns (e.g.,  chronic pain, coping with cancer, coping with terminal illness, alcohol abuse, smoking cessation), and conduct couples therapy. I follow a collaborative and personalized treatment approach by carefully tailoring evidence-based psychotherapy (EBPs), which are treatments that are based directly on scientific evidence from several large-scale clinical trials. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.

Please note that, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I primarily provide therapy via telehealth at this time. Although I am located in Greenwich, CT, I am able to see clients throughout the states of Connecticut and New York.
