We work with the following (click on each diagnosis for more information):

Depending on the diagnosis, we incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies in my treatment approach. We will teach you effective strategies for living with and managing your condition. We will work with you to set clear lifestyle goals to enhance your quality of life and monitor these behaviors. We will also help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns. We will also explore what brings your life value and meaning and how you can live a valued and meaningful life despite your medical condition. For those struggling with terminal illness, cancer, and other difficult diagnoses, we will work with you to process your emotions, discuss fears, work through anxiety, help you make sense of your life, and find sources of support.
